HIVEMIND consortium partners met in Bucharest on 9 and 10 July 2026 for the project’s M18 General Assembly, hosted by SIMAVI. The two-day meeting provided an important opportunity to review progress at the project’s midpoint and coordinate the work planned for the coming months.

Discussions covered the development of the HIVEMIND framework and its specialised agents, as well as architecture, integration and user-facing interfaces. Partners also reviewed the readiness of data for the project’s use cases, the validation approach and preparations for the first project review.

A central part of the meeting focused on the next stage of technical work. The consortium compared progress across the different components, addressed open questions and agreed on priorities for development, integration, training and benchmarking through M24. The sessions also helped partners coordinate their roles and ensure that the project’s agents and services continue to develop as part of a coherent framework.

The General Assembly concluded with the M18–M24 roadmap and a clear set of actions for the months ahead. Many thanks to the SIMAVI team for hosting the consortium in Bucharest, and especially to Alexandra Delureanu, Madalin Birdeanu, Stefan Zaharie, Alexandru Dan and Mihnea Manolescu for their support throughout the meeting.
