Hello, I’m Alexandra Delureanu. I’m a project manager at SIMAVI.
SIMAVI is an IT company based in Bucharest, Romania. Our name stands for Software Imagination and Vision. SIMAVI is the leader of Work Package 8, and our main objective is to integrate all the developments and objectives from the previous work packages into a common framework. We also validate this integration in Work Package 10, where we manage a use case related to a citizen platform for larger communities to get involved. We play an important role in developing the user interface, and we hope to do a great job together with our partners in HIVEMIND.

What excites you most about being part of the project?
It’s very important for us to work with such strong and diverse partners from across Europe. Being part of Europe’s digitalisation efforts is a key goal for us. Another major objective is helping software developers by using AI and machine learning technologies, to reduce the time and effort required for development.

What impact do you expect HIVEMIND to have on industry and society?
The main impact I see is that it will simplify the work for software developers. That’s really our goal here. We also want to validate our results through use cases in five different domains. I believe that will be a major societal impact, helping people by showing that our project works across multiple sectors and real-world scenarios.
